Registration FOrm 2025-2026

Please use the online form below to register up to two children per form. Click here for paper registration. Registration for the 2025-2026 school year will end on September 1st, 2025.

  • Fees:

    • $75 per family

    • +$25 per child for enrollment in First Communion/Reconciliation

    • +$50 per child for enrollment in Confirmation (9th & 10th grade)

  • The following grades must include a photocopy of baptismal certificate with registration:

    • First Communion/Reconciliation students

    • 7th -9th graders

    • 10th graders if you have not provided a copy last year (a number have already!)

  • All registered students must also be registered parishioners at St. Therese. If you are new, welcome! Parish Paper registration here.

  • Fee waived for parent volunteer catechists.


Please drop off payments (cash/check) and any paper registrations in person at the parish office.

*No child/teen will be denied from the Religious Education/Confirmation Program. If there are financial concerns, please contact office.

*Please contact office if you are a new parishioner and have children/teens who still need baptism/first communion/& or confirmation, we are happy to help!
